"I recently switched my rental policies from another state. I was offered a policy review by my local agent which was free of charge. As I prefer talking to a real person as opposed to an anonymous voice on the telephone, I utilized this time to understand my coverage better. The office determined I had the wrong policy form and had been paying too much for 25 years! Mason, the office manager, did a great job in rewriting my policies with the coverage I needed and saved me several hundred dollars. After the rewrite, I was taken around the office to meet the staff through a process called onboarding. This created a personalized experience for me . I also was told the Lawson Agency has a trained claims staff member who can assist if I am in an accident. This is something many offices don’t have, so I feel confident that if I need assistance, it will be provided. I am very pleased with the individualized, personal attention I received and felt valued with each staff member."
