"I am posting from my boyfriends account because I don’t have a google account. I just wanted to share my experience with State Farm. I was recently in my first car accident(driving for over 20 years). It was scary, my whole car was completely totaled (all airbags deployed). I was so upset and obviously couldn’t think clearly for a few days. But state farm took care of everything for me, all I had to do was answer some questions, send pictures and paperwork, and they took care of the rest so far. I started with Camille Mathew’s, the claim specialist assigned to my claim. She was so helpful it was amazing, made everything so much easier than I thought it would be! Eventually I was contacted by my local State Farm office David Miller. He is such a nice man, and also super helpful and sweet. After leaving the tow yard (to get my belongings out of my vehicles), I spoke to David and I think it was within 10 minutes he called me back to tell me, the car was being moved and he already talked to enterprise and had a car ready for me!! I’ve never had to deal with a situation like this before and am so grateful I had the State Farm associates that I did. I just wanted to say thank you so much for making this super stressful time easier on me! I recommend this group to everyone! Thank you so much!"
